All of our products have trial periods where you get access to the full product, but with timeouts after a fixed number of days. Because you can try the application before you buy it, we generally do not allow refunds. Should you find the trial period too short, contact us at support@ataman.com with how long you need why you need an extension and we will work with you to help you get adequate time for your evaluation.

Credit Card Orders (PayPal)

PayPal charges us fees for refunds, so we are even more adamant about no refunds.

Purchase Orders

We allow select regular customers to use purchase orders. The customers are often acting as resellers to their own customers and due to the complications of life, sometimes they need to cancel an order. Our policy is as follows:

• All cancellations must be requested within 60 days from the date of the purchase order.
• If you have already paid for the order, we will allow cancellation, but you can only receive credit towards future purchases. We do not send refund checks.
• Only orders placed for other end users are eligible for refunded credit. If you use use a purchase order to purchase product for your own company, the order cannot be cancelled. We will however allow mistakes in the purchase order to be corrected within 15 days after the date of the purchase order.
